Faith Anchored Refund Policy

At Faith Anchored, we create digital devotionals, faith-based guides, journals, workbooks, courses, and other resources designed to encourage you in your walk with God.

Because many of our products are digital and are made available immediately after purchase, the following refund policy applies.

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloaded digital products are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access to the download has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for that product, except where required by applicable law.

Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

Ebooks and devotionals
PDF guides and workbooks
Printable journals and planners
Prayer resources
Scripture-based resources
Templates and downloadable files
Digital bundles and collections

Because digital files cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered or accessed, please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. We will review the transaction and, when appropriate, work with you to resolve the duplicate purchase.

Problems Accessing Your Download

We want you to receive what you purchased.

If you experience a technical problem downloading or accessing your digital product, please contact Faith Anchored. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product or provide a replacement download when appropriate.

A technical download problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

Courses and Other Digital Programs

Unless a specific course, program, or offer clearly states a different refund policy on its sales or checkout page, purchases of digital courses and programs are also considered final once access has been provided, subject to applicable law.

If a particular Faith Anchored product has its own refund or cancellation terms, the terms displayed for that specific product will apply.

Free Resources

Free Faith Anchored resources, including Steady Steps, do not have a monetary value and are therefore not eligible for refunds or cash exchanges.
